After maintenance workers found an unknown substance and long piping with "plans" in a closet, police and fire officials
were called to secure the scene. Swat team members used a robotic device to test the findngs of a bomb, which turned out
negative. The Jacksonville Hazardous Materials team then tested for any hazardous or explosive
chemicals; returning a negative. Engines 21, 51, 7, Rescues 82, 13, 7, 103, Fire 3, 4, Ladder 21, Tanker 44, Hazmat
21, 7, and Safety 1 remained on scene for several hours as the investigation took place.
