After a power outage, this elevator stalled between the second and third floors of a retirement home trapping three.
After prying and stabalizing the doors open fire crews were able to lower the patients one by one to safety.
Engine 51's crew, alongwith Ladder 21 had all patients out in under 25 minutes.
